White Vegetables in a Rainbow Basket

This painting was designed to have little colour on top; i.e. the white vegetables and all colours of the rainbow on the bottom; i.e. the basket. The neutral background helps you focus on the detailed foreground.

This is my first painting in a series called Kitchen Art. They belong in the kitchen, the heart of the house.
